I'm Suresh Ashok, the founder of Matsyaa Infotech and the charismatic host of The Onsite & Offshore Talk Podcast. 

But let me take you back to where it all began. Picture this: a young and ambitious sales guy hitting the streets of Mumbai, selling credit cards to anyone who would listen. Yep, that was me! Little did I know that this humble start would pave the way for an incredible journey in the IT and ITES industry.

I quickly realized my knack for sales and decided to explore new horizons. I dabbled in call center jobs, honing my communication skills along the way. Eventually, I found myself immersed in the world of software sales for the international market.  From the US to the UK, and even down under in Australia, I thrived in bringing top-notch solutions to clients across the globe.

In 2017, I took a leap of faith and founded Matsyaa Infotech, with a laser focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 products and solutions. Since then, we've grown exponentially, providing unparalleled services to our esteemed clients.

With a proven track record of over 15 years in the industry, I pride myself on creating a seamless blend of sales expertise, IT knowledge, and a deep understanding of client needs.

In 2023, I launched the Onsite & Offshore Podcast with a burning desire to give credit where it's due. I firmly believe that Indian organizations often don't receive the recognition they truly deserve for their exceptional work. 🇮🇳

My goal is simple yet powerful – to create a platform where we can celebrate the outstanding quality of work done by Indian professionals. Through captivating interviews, I connect with top experts who support their overseas clients from India. I delve deep into their success stories, the challenges they face, and how they contribute to the goals of their international partners and alos connect with entrepreneurs who outsource the work to India.
